We hope this email finds you well and that your child is enjoying their tennis at Woldingham LTC this Autumn and benefiting from the new artificial clay courts. Â
The Spring tennis term starts back on Monday 7th January 2019 with the last day for lessons on Sunday 31st March (11 weeks), there are no lessons during the half term week (Monday 18th February - Sunday 24th February). The reserve week for any cancelled lessons to be made up is Monday 1st April to Sunday 7th April. Â
Your child's group will remain on the same day and time as last term unless we have made a change with you. If any sessions are still cancelled after the reserve week we will credit you with the lesson fee for the next term tennis or reimburse the amount. Â
As you know we cap our group’s ratio at 6 players to ensure high quality of provision and so groups become full quickly. Â
To secure your child's place for the Spring term, please make payment of £71.50 online using the details below. As existing participants, you will be given priority booking registration which ends on 2nd January 2019 - after this point, if payment has not been received by the registration end date then your child's place could be offered to another child depending on demand for that particular group as we need to plan our tennis programme.Â
Naturally we save your child's space, if they are unable to do the class please let us know as soon as possible so we can help find a solution with you or offer the place to someone else.
