Woldingham Tennis Club is a members club and has CASC (Community Amateur Sports Club Scheme) status. Membership fees are charged to provide the member's facilities. The membership year runs from 1st April to 31st March (age at 1st April).

Playing guests

Subject to the restriction(s) set out below, each fully paid up  member may bring to the club 1 playing guest for the payment of a guest fee of £5 ( such fee to be paid by bank transfer within 7 days ) 

Restriction(s).

(1) A member may  only bring 1 playing guest ( irrespective of identity ) no more than 3 times in a membership year -  i.e. three guest visits allowed in total

(2) There should be no more than 2 playing guests playing within the same group at any time ( i.e. 2 members can bring 1 guest each )

(3) This right is withdrawn if the Guest fee is not paid as above

(4) The Club reserves the right to suspend the guest playing facility if the committee deem such suspension to be in the interests of the wider membership
