Dear Parent/Guardian,

We hope that your child is enjoying playing tennis at our club and we wanted to let you know at the first possible opportunity what we have planned for the coming Easter Tennis Camps.

Our Camps are for children aged 3 - 17, the emphasis is on fun and to ensure that each child is given the opportunity to improve their technique, tactical, co-ordination and footwork skills.

Each week the camps will run for 4 days.

Attendance requirements are minimal, we ask only that each child brings a drink, a snack and if the weather is kind, please ensure you apply sun protection cream to your child prior to dropping them off.

Please note: The member prices shown below are on the understanding that your child is re-joining as a member this April 2023

Tots’ tennis (aged 3-5) is for one hour. We require a parent or responsible adult to be present for the whole of the session and the child should be confident in a group setting.
6-12 years old - 3 hours per day (Red, Orange, Green/Yellow Ball)
12-17 years old - 2 hours per day (Yellow Ball)

The Easter Tennis Camps details are below:
Easter Tennis Camp Week 1: Monday 3rd April - Thursday 6th April
Easter Tennis Camp Week 2: Tuesday 11th April - Friday 14th April

Times and Cost:
9am – 10am: 3 - 5 years - £28 for members £32 for non-members
9.30am - 12.30pm: 6 - 12 years - £70 for members £75 for non-members
2.00pm - 4.00pm: 12 - 17 years - £43 for members £48 for non-members

A benefit of WLTC membership is priority booking for these clubs and you can book now. Please respond asap before we open the sessions to the general public, which will be from the 18th February onwards (approx.)

To book please email Patrick first stating your child's name, age and tennis camp required. Once Patrick has confirmed a place for your child please pay online (bank details below) using the reference below and your child's surname. We would grateful if you would arrange the payment within 5 days of confirmation.

Finally, if you have not recently done a Health Form, please ensure one is completed. This can be downloaded from the website through the coaching, tennis camps pages and handed into one of the coaching team before the tennis camp or on the first day of camp.
