Dear Parents/Guardians,
Just in case your child does not currently have tennis coaching with us at the present time the letter below has been sent out to our current juniors who have attended the summer coaching with regard to the Autumn Junior tennis term. Â
WLTC offers all year-round tennis lessons for children of all ages, with a 1:6 ratio and our weekly schedule is on our website – If your child or their friend would like to start tennis with us, please do not hesitate to get in touch. Â

Autumn Tennis Coaching Letter Â

We hope this email finds you well and that your child is enjoying their tennis at Woldingham LTC this summer. Â
The Autumn tennis term starts back on Monday 10th September 2018 with the last day for lessons on Sunday 9th December (12 weeks), there are no lessons during the half term week (Monday 22nd October - Sunday 28th October).The reserve week for any cancelled lessons to be made up is Monday 10th December to Sunday 16th December. Â
Your child's group will remain on the same day and time as last term unless we have made a change with you. If any sessions are still cancelled after the reserve week we will credit you with the lesson fee for the next term tennis or reimburse the amount. Â
As you know we cap our group’s ratio at 6 players to ensure high quality of provision and so groups become full quickly. We have many exciting developments which will be announced shortly and sent to all members very soon. Â
To secure your child's place for the Autumn term, please make payment of £78 online using the details below. As existing participants, you will be given priority booking registration which ends on 3nd September 2018 - after this point, if payment has not been received by the registration end date then your child's place could be offered to another child depending on demand for that particular group as we need to plan our tennis programme.Â
Naturally we save your child's space, if they are unable to do the class please let us know as soon as possible so we can help find a solution with you or offer the place to someone else.
