Dear Parent/Guardian, 

We hope this email finds you well. Â
We are pleased to inform you that we will be running a June Half Term Tennis Camp at Woldingham LTC.Â
We are letting you know first as members of the club, so if you are interested, please email Patrick as we have limited places and it may be that we will need to take children on a first come, first served basis.
Whilst we are opening up more as a country, the half term camp will still be a shorter time period of one hour each day. This is to avoid gatherings in our clubhouse. However, the summer camps will run as normal for 3 hours and we will send details out very soon.
Please note:Â Â Â
·       The camp will be a shorter time period of one hour each day to avoid larger gatherings and the club house toilets may be used, together with collecting equipment, but otherwise the club house will remain locked and no-one is allowed to remain in or gather there at any time.Â
·       The camps will be for children aged 3 to 16 years, will be on croft road tennis courts (a minimum of 4 children is needed to run each camp).

·       If your child is participating in Tots Tennis Camp (aged 3-5) we ask that a parent or carer is present for the whole session.

The June Half Term Tennis Camp details are below:
Tuesday 1st June - Thursday 3rd June (3 days)
Times and Camps:Â Â Â
9.30am - 10.30am: Tots Camp (3- 5 years)Â
9.30am - 10.30am: Red Camp (6 - 8 years)Â Â Â Â
10.30am - 11.30am: Orange Camp (8 - 9 years)Â
10.30am - 11.30am: Green Camp (9 - 11 years)
11.30am – 12.30pm: Green Camp (9 - 11 years)
11.30am – 12.30pm: Yellow Camp (12 - 16years) Â

To book please email Patrick first stating your child's name, age and tennis camp required. Once Patrick has confirmed a place for your child please pay online (bank details below) using the reference below and your child's surname.  Â
The Tennis Camp fee for the week is: £19.50 for members £22.50 for non-membersÂ
