Spring term Junior Members Lessons

We hope this email finds you well and that your child is enjoying their tennis at Woldingham LTC.
The Spring tennis term starts back on Friday 5th January 2018 with the last day for lessons on Thursday 29th March (11 weeks), there are no lessons during the half term week (Monday 12th February - Sunday 18th February). This term is made up of 11 lessons due to Easter falling early.
Your child's group will remain at the same day and time as last term unless we have made a change with you. As members we have kept the cost at £66 which is £6 per session. If any sessions are cancelled due to bad weather etc. we will credit you with the lesson fee because of the timing of the Easter holidays starting early.
As you know we cap our groups ratio at 6 players to ensure high quality of provision and so groups become full quickly.
To secure your child's place for the Spring term, please make payment of £66 online using the details below. As existing participants, you will be given priority booking registration which ends on 4th January 2018 - after this point, if payment has not been received by the registration end date then your child's place could be offered to another child depending on demand for that particular group as we need to plan our tennis programme.
Naturally we save your child's space, if they are unable to do the class please let us know as soon as possible so we can help find a solution with you or offer the place to someone else. If you have any queries please direct them to Head coach, Patrick Gorman who can be contacted on:
