Summer Term Lessons 2018

The summer tennis term starts back on Monday 16th April 2018 with the last day for lessons on Sunday 15th July (12 weeks), there are no lessons during the half term week (Monday 28th May - Sunday 3rd June). The reserve week for any cancelled lessons to be made up is Monday 16thJuly to Sunday 22nd July.
Your child's group will remain on the same day and time as last term unless we have made a change with you. Please note there is a small increase in the tennis fees which have been kept static for the past 3 years. As a club we want to continue with high quality coaches and not to exceed a 1:6 ratio in the termly lessons. The increase is 50p per lesson taking the cost to £6.50 per lesson and the total cost to £78 for the 12 week period. If any sessions are still cancelled after the reserve week we will credit you with the lesson fee for the next term tennis or reimburse the amount.
Please note that the new membership year for the club commences on 1 April 2018 and your child will need to be a member of the club. We have many exciting developments which will be announced shortly and sent to all members in the next two weeks.
As you know we cap our group’s ratio at 6 players to ensure high quality of provision and so groups become full quickly.
To secure your child's place for the summer term, please make payment of £78 online using the details below. As existing participants, you will be given priority booking registration which ends on 07th April 2018 - after this point, if payment has not been received by the registration end date then your child's place could be offered to another child depending on demand for that particular group as we need to plan our tennis programme.
